OVERSTOCKED PORTABLE OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS FILL OUT THE FORM AND SAVE UP TO 70%

This Has Changed People’s Lives

Before I share the Celiac Disease Foundation 7-day meal plan, I just wanted you to know the portable oxygen link under the image above has changed many people’s lives. You can even expect low monthly payments, so if you depend on oxygen this might improve your life as it has for others?

  • Get back to doing the things you have been missing out on
  • No more heavy oxygen tanks to carry around
  • Enjoy the things you love again
  • Low-monthly payments

My father who passed away several years ago would have jumped at this offer, he often stayed home from family events. He told us it was just too much for him to carry around his oxygen tank, if you or someone you know feels this way, maybe this is the answer you have been waiting for?

Breakfast

I went to one of my favorite resources for this article, you will have access to a 7-day meal plan provided by the Celiac Disease Foundation website. If you can’t trust them, who can you trust?

  • Day 1 Spinach Oven Roasted Tomato Omelet
  • Day 2 Berries & Hot Cereal
  • Day 3 Pamela’s Simply Delicious Waffles
  • Day 4 Gluten-Free Bagels
  • Day 5 Breakfast Sausage Egg Muffins
  • Day 6 Breakfast Burrito
  • Day 7 Sunday Lox

Now you have an entire week of ideas from a reliable source, we can eat a variety of meals despite being intolerant to gluten. So what is for lunch this week, let us find out?

Lunch

Are you anxious to know what they recommend for lunch next week, I do hope they provide us some new things we would not think of having ourselves?

  • Turkey Chili
  • Tacos
  • Falafel
  • Caprese Panini
  • Tuna Salad
  • Cornbread
  • Taco Salad

Not too bad of choices for us to consider, I am not sure what Caprese Panini is? If anyone knows, please leave me a comment sharing what this might be? I am sure I am not alone not being familiar with this dish, we all will thank you very much for sharing this with us?

Dinner

How many of you look forward to dinner more than any other meal, I am one who does look forward to my evening meal? Are you curious what the chef has planned for us, so let us check out this week’s menu?

  • Lasagna Style Pasta Bake
  • Balsamic-Glazed Chicken with Mushrooms
  • Steak with Yams & Zucchini
  • Glazed Salmon
  • Pork Loin with Garlic & Rosemary
  • Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Here is the suggestion for our dinner, I am not sure why they only provided us six instead of seven meals? Oh well, let us move on to my favorites, our snacks?

Snack Time

If you are like me, you love your snacks. I find snacking a challenge on a gluten-free diet, how about you? If you have any favorites you would like to share, we all would appreciate you leaving them in the comments?

  • Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • Dried Apricots & Almonds
  • Tropical Yogurt Parfait
  • Power Smoothie
  • Peanut Butter between Banana Slices
  • Chocolate Chia Pudding

Do you see anything you might try, I liked the idea of adding peanut butter between banana slices? Fast Food Gluten-Free Restaurants

One of my biggest challenges is when I am out, you might be out grocery shopping or at an event. Where do you get a bite to eat without getting sick, here are some fast food places you can add to your list?

  • Burger King
  • Chick-Fil
  • McDonald’s
  • Kentucky Fried Chicken
  • Taco Bell
  • Wendy’s

These are your best options for a safe meal while you are out, you will find the majority of these now have separate menus for people like us. This really makes ordering so much safer and easier, I would for sure add these to your where you can eat out.

Gluten-Free Dinner Recipes

I rarely will eat when I am out unless I am starving, you just don’t understand what a person goes through if they accidentally consume gluten unless you are intolerant? Just a very small amount makes you sick for days, you might even be sick for as long as several weeks.

  • Creamy Butter Chicken with Cauliflower Rice
  • Baked Salmon with Lentils & Lemon Herb Sauce
  • Honey Garlic Chicken
  • Roasted Potato Salad with Tahini Mustard Dressing
  • Dairy-Free Chowder
  • Vegan Buddha Bowl
  • Avocado Chicken Broccoli

These are some that might inspire you to experiment with, you can get creative with your cooking or find gluten-free recipes online? With me it is challenging, you see I am gluten intolerant, dairy intolerant, and I have many food allergies as well.

Gluten-Free Foods

I am not able to provide you every food that is gluten-free, so instead, I am going to share a list of the most popular ones the majority of people eat regularly.

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Potatoes
  • Cauliflower
  • Brown Rice
  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Seeds
  • Legumes
  • Coconut Oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Beans
  • Tuna
  • Salmon
  • Mackerel
  • Grass-Fed Meat
  • Chicken
  • Turkey
  • Seafood
  • Eggs
  • Avocado
  • Grapefruit
  • Nuts
  • Dried Fruits
  • Protein Shakes
  • Protein Bars
  • Energy Bars
  • Salad Wraps
  • Quinoa

These foods are often safe for the majority of people, but if you experience dairy problems eggs and protein shakes/bars might be something you need to be careful with? Many people with autoimmune symptoms are sensitive to some of these foods, I have to eat sweet potatoes only. I am not able to eat any other kind, and beans are out for me as well, since my intestine has been damaged from gluten in the past.
