One of my biggest challenges is when I am out, you might be out grocery shopping or at an event. Where do you get a bite to eat without getting sick, here are some fast food places you can add to your list?

I rarely will eat when I am out unless I am starving, you just don’t understand what a person goes through if they accidentally consume gluten unless you are intolerant? Just a very small amount makes you sick for days, you might even be sick for as long as several weeks.
